I am very happy with my first experience using Shade. My daughter and I had a "hair" day; she did mine;I did hers. Colour was beautiful, it was easy to use( even for ME), the kit contained very useful items. Only one small criticism and that was I found the hook on the end of the brush more of a hindrance than a help. If the colour lasts I shall be keeping my permanent order. Maree.
