This Italian-made product is a delight to work with. All the self-colouring steps have been systematically well-thought-out and each product is like a little high-performing star in its own right. It's refreshing to not have the sickly smell of ammonia, and then to finish off with high performing shampoo and a conditioner (a little goes a long way and hair is silky smooth afterwards) has been a welcome change. More than this, the personalised help I've had from Camilla has changed from nervous exchanges with hairdressers with in-chair, overpriced salon experiences, to someone who really listens and gets my concerns and then like magic, has instant and perfect solutions. This is a cracker of a little company that ticks all the boxes for me and consistently delivers. Great product, great price, great service.
