Really love the products, the colour is beautiful and left my hair shiny, I will happily continue to use it. The few members of staff I interacted with were very nice and did their best to be helpful. The only reason I gave only 4 stars is the slow delivery. I'm on my second order and it's again looking like 2 weeks to get a small package to Rockhampton. Just have to allow for that when ordering.
