This is a really great product. Very easy to use and well packaged, also providing everything you'll need. I unfortunately (accidentally) picked the wrong colour despite being advised by a colourist so my hair is very orange - entirely my fault. I reached out for help and received it immediately. Couldnt ask for more. My new colour (the correctly recommended one) is now ordered and I will post photo results.
