The packaging is outstanding, the pack of items to use and products were great, the conditioner oh my god is out of this world!! I need this in a Litre bottle!!
Postage was quick, the behind the scenes service was great.
I wasn’t 100% happy with the final colour Napoli Blonde - it has gone a bit red at the roots but brown lower down so not sure, but I am going darker from a balayage so hopefully the next colour will be a great overlay of what i want.
