I had a terrific experience from start to finish. The website has literally everything, but Naomi the Colourist went out of her way to help me make the right decisions. I sent her pics of my hair (salon colour and streaks, but now with Covid grey roots!). She made great colour recommendations, even answering emails on the Easter weekend!!!! I did the deed yesterday, my husband helping with the back bits, and I'm so thrilled with the results! Greys are gone, feels incredible, looove the colour Trieste, which works well over the lighter streaks. Love that there's no ammonia, you're an Aussie company, you treated me like I was in your salon.
