First time colouring my own hair. Was a bit awkward doing myself as had to manoeuvre back blindly. Hair was very knotted after shampoo and I would suggest 2 sachets for longer hair. Conditioner was ample. Colour gave me 100% grey coverage and colour looked very natural. I received many complements. Did I mention 100% grey coverage. So so happy!!
