I actually did not use the product, as I could not get support from a colourist after many attempts on the web site, email and phoning. I tried to explain that I have greyish white regrowth and have been having my hair colored professionally for years previously natural colour blonde and whether or not to use the bleach precolour wash to soften my very soft fine regrowth touchup.
