Disaster! I have dyed my hair at home for the past few months and was excited to try The Shade. I was advised to do the bleach wash that left me a horrible orange and then the dye (my usual shade of 6.1 with other brands) didn’t cover my greys or the orange. I had a coloriste consult but they advised to bleach wash again! This left me going back to the hairdresser to fix the damage. Such a shame as the concept is amazing.
