The colour is very nice, but I wouldn't call this a very user friendly kit. First, the clips don't have any strength and just fall out of my hair. The developer cream is in a metal tube, and very hard to squeeze the contents out of. It pierced my gloves so, I ended up with a stained finger at the end. The shampoo and conditioner sachets are also very hard to open in the shower. It took ages to get them opened properly. The conditioner didn't seem to do much for my hair. It still felt dry and very frizzy once it dried. It's a great idea, but not for me.
