I loved the whole experience! Website is beautiful and was easy to find what I wanted; delivered quickly and elegant, minimal packaging. Colour is beautiful and really nourished my hair as well! Love love love that the first pack comes with the brush and mixing pot etc for reuse next time. Only tiny suggestion for improvement would be that the gloves supplied could be durable reusable ones, added to the starter kit, rather than the flimsy throwaways that are in with the colour. Perhaps have as an optional add on? At least reducing the single use plastic :-) Otherwise everything is top notch! Really felt like I treated myself to some pampering :-)
