The equipment provided is good quality, instructions easy to follow and left my hair feeling so soft, shiny and smelling gorgeous! I didn't quite get the results I wanted colour wise but my hair is obviously darker that I realise and will need bleaching to achieve my desired ash blonde shade. I emailed the colourists for support and they were very helpful and made suggestions as to how to get to the colour I want. My hair is in great condition and I would not hesitate to use the shade again! Love it!
