Very impressed by the service and also the quality of the colour product. My new hairdresser had left me with a patchwork of almost blonde hair, when I am normally mid-brown. Now that I am self-isolating, I was desperate to do something about this, and your product has enabled me to get back to looking 'normal'. I am so thankful! I loved the whole package I received to carry out the colouring. The shampoo and conditioner are particularly gorgeous and I have re-ordered. Many, many thanks.
