Good coverage for greys, but I ordered a 6 which is the color level I would usually have and it was much darker than a level 6 would normally be on my hair. I also noticed quite a bit of hair fall when I was rinsing the dye out (pre-test was fine), and I also found that the shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling quite matted. The color has lasted well (4 weeks). Overall reasonably good color but I would go a level lighter if I was to order again.
