Easy to prepare/mix up in the bowl.
The mix went on my hair nicely without any drips. There was plenty of mix for my hair length (a bit longer than shoulder length).
I chose the Dark Brown shade, it ended up a bit darker than I expected but still nice. It covered all my greys coming through and easily did my roots.
Conditioner afterwards was nice.
Didn’t like the type of gloves supplied.
Didn’t like using the included brush as the end had the hook, it should just be a point to help grab the hair to section. Having the hook was annoying.
