The colour was much darker than it looked on the colour chart and now as a result I am left with really dark hair that I hate. I would love to get rid of the dark hair and try a lighter colour but other than going to the hairdressers which in Victoria I can’t do I am at a loss as what to do.
Anything you could do to help? I would love to stay with your product because it left my hair lovely and soft and I do believe if I could get the right colour it could be good. I have written to the help page but no one replied. Ros Nicholls
