The colour was much darker than I expected despite putting in what I had used previously. It was easy to mix. The application was fine. It Covered most of the greys but not all. The shampoo and conditioner are hard to open once you are in the shower. I didn't see any difference from using a box from the supermarket. I wouldn't support a subscription but maybe a buy when you want it as I wouldn't normally colour my hair every 5 weeks.
