I'm genuinely surprised at how well this worked. I had been hearing adds for similar products, so I decided to give it a try. I read other reviews and got a colour lighter than was recommended. The little pack and colouring process was a lot more luxurious feeling than other box colour. The process was painless and easy. I was quite impressed with the colour. It matched my own hair perfectly, and hasn't transferred onto anything. I also noticed it didn't patch on my scalp or look blocky and monotonal like what I had previously used. I think my only drawback was that my ends did feel a bit dry, but I have very long hair and use specific products to treat it, so the provided shampoo and conditioner may not have been up to the task. I also wish the sample pictures of the colours weren't the same woman with the colour photoshopped onto her. Overall, I am very happy with the colour and will purchase again :)
