Where to start, the shopping experience was second to none, the amount of information provided on not only the types of knives available but they also have a very good detail on the blacksmiths themselves. As for the knives they turned up in time very well packaged and very sharp, I had originally ordered 2 of the same knife one with a Japanese handle and one with a western style to see what felt comfortable, after picking one the return for the other was as easy as the order and I ended up exchanging for a bigger chefs knife. The blade themselves turned up exceptionally sharp and well balanced, I used them over the weekend and I must say after 20years being a chef they are the best knives I have used and will be replacing all knives with these in the future top quality product top quality customer service well recommended
