ABSOLUTELY USELESS. They were hired to collect a £ 6100 debt owed to me, they’re very FEEBLE in their actions but very good of posting a note through the letterbox of the debtor. That is really VERY SCARY! I’ve been doing all the investigative work for them to make sure they would seizes sets for recovering the debt, they wasted chance after chance after chance. They keep sending updates on the debt but NEVER recover anything! They’re so good at sitting on their backside, in-fact it’s stuck on their chair. STEER CLEAR OF THEM and look for an alternative way to recover your money. I reiterate THEY ARE UTTERLY USELESS
