“Really poor “service” and a waste of time, stress and money. Emails go unanswered and are responded to in a weekly summary report. Bailiffs visited once which was a “drive by” in a total of 6 weeks. Told a visit took place then when asking for a summary of this was told the agent never went as was unwell. Repeatedly chased due to urgency of matter to no avail. Part of debt settled with debtors legal representative so I effectively recovered the funds myself. Payment was made to bailiff service as payment of their fees was due. Bank details were confirmed then told they did not hold these on record for me and were writing me a cheque. Lady on the phone sorted this and payment made today. Basically acted as a fund holder for 14 days. Staff on the phone are polite and pleasant to deal with however every other aspect of this company was a complete waste of time and money. Do not recommend using.”
“ABSOLUTELY USELESS.
They were hired to collect a £ 6100 debt owed to me, they’re very FEEBLE in their actions but very good of posting a note through the letterbox of the debtor.
That is really VERY SCARY!
I’ve been doing all the investigative work for them to make sure they would seizes sets for recovering the debt, they wasted chance after chance after chance.
They keep sending updates on the debt but NEVER recover anything!
They’re so good at sitting on their backside, in-fact it’s stuck on their chair.
STEER CLEAR OF THEM and look for an alternative way to recover your money.

“Absolutely appalling firm. I was ripped off by a cowboy builder, went to court and got CCJ, then appointed this bunch of wasters who proceeded to rip me off again. The Sheriffs Office are the most unprofessional bunch of time wasters I have ever had to deal with and when you complain you are just ignored. They are supposed to be regulated by the HCEOA but this 'Regulator' has no teeth because it is run by the HCEO's (Sheriffs) you are likely to be complaining about. Over a year now and my complaint is still not resolved. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY APPOINTING THESE 'SHERIFFS', Sheriff Woody from Toy Story could do a better job than these people.”
