Had problem with solar lights, water getting into the bulb, and ruined the element. I wrote to complain, and they first told me to charge USB and check cable etc. I then had to re write to them to address the problem, I was then asked for a photo, which I supplied, and they promptly sent out a new set of solar lights. Happy ending!
