“Amazing service 😀the response time is very quick , the automated reply says within 24hours but I have never had to wait that long , sometimes it’s been within 2 hours. My last contact was with Lina who’s been an absolute star , very efficient who resolved my problem with one email and very much to my satisfaction. I have been purchasing various solar lights off this company for the last 6 years and have no intention of going elsewhere with my business .”

“Excellent service as always from the Solar Centre online shop. I’ve bought several solar lights for my garden from The Solar Centre over the years. If I’ve ever had an issue they’ve resolved my query quickly and to my satisfaction. Nicole was extremely helpful this week when I needed some help. I wouldn’t buy my garden solar lights from anywhere else. My friends ask me where I buy my garden solar lights from and I tell them. My first set of Atlas Solar lights I bought nearly eight years ado and they’re still going strong. They even work in the winter.”

“Purchased through Amazon Solar Centre Truro Solar Wall Light - Anthracite Edition It is a very cheaply made, poor quality product that works for an hour max, I wouldn't buy any of their products again.”

“This is a brilliant company to deal with. Ella and Nicole sorted out the problem I was having with my garden lights and they now work perfectly. Nothing is too much trouble and I am now the proud owner of some beautiful lights, that light up these dark cold evenings. Highly recommend. Wish all companies were the same!”

“I had an issue with the Salcombe wall light, i contacted the solar centre and it was sorted out straight away by Nicola and Ella fantastic service. A replacement is to be sent to me.I am really pleased with the outcome as i like the wall light and it looks good in place. Thankyou Solar centre for fantastic customer care.”

“Ive been using solar centre products since 2021 and i am really impressed with the quality and longevity of the product - all year round and in all weathers ! And if on the rare occasion you have a problem a call to Ella or Lina in customer service and they sort it. Wouldn’t look anywhere else for my solar products”

“I have shopped with the Solar Centre for many years and I bought some fantastic Garden lights for the Mill Garden. I had an issue with one of the Lights. I spoke to Ella from Customer Services and there was 'no worries', I will sort this ASAP. Thank you Ella for this. So lovely to have things sorted out very quickly! I will always shop with Solar Centre again and agian! The best always!”

“I had an issue with one of my Grantham Xl usb lights ( could not undo the usb cover ) Contacting to advise Both Ella and Nicole responded to my emails and promptly sent out a replacement which was great service Ps the Grantham XL USB lights are great thanks again to Ella and Nicole quick response and great customer service.”

“You can't get a better set of garden lights. We bought the edinburgh festoon lights. They're easy to install, look great and work fantastically. The leaf solar panel is large enough to charge the string even on the dullest of british summers. We had interaction with customer service and they couldn't have been more helpful, considerate, or generous. You get what you pay for, and it's worth every penny!”

“We’ve always bought our solar lights from the Solar Centre as we rate the quality of their goods highly. We had a fault on one of the lights recently and they have agreed to replace the item with no quibble at all. Superb quality lighting and excellent customer service. That’s why we keep coming back.”

“Ordered 4 lights on 20th may which were delivered on 21st may. Look really nice, unfortunately one of the lights developed a fault. Contacted them & they are sending out a replacement. Great service”
