“I initially bought four garden lights & was so pleased with them I bought a further eight. Unfortunately two of them failed after three months, I contacted Solar Centre & they have sent out replacements, but whilst waiting for the replacements another one of my lights has now failed. Hoping the rest of them prove to be more reliable. The lights look really good.”

“I love this company,and they exasperate as well! The service and concept is brilliant, but the blooming lights are so unreliable! I have never had a set of festoon lights that all work for more than a month. Please please make a better product! Then I'm happy to recommend them to the world!”

“I have a garden full of lights from this company that I am delighted with. Last week I had three more lights supplied one was perfect another faulty and was replaced within days the next failed I have reported several times and have received no response at all.”

“I had issues with 2 sets of festoon lights , I reported the problem and the customer service team dealt with it swiftly and professionally, nothing was to much trouble , Aminah & Nicloe thank you for your help 👍”

“I have had excellent customer service from solar. Unfortunately my light did not work properly. ( these things happen) They got straight back to me, and could not be more helpful, in sorting the problem out . Thank you . Maggie”

“My Solar Wall Light stopped working after 5 months or so. Tried to contact them by phone. Spent half an hour twice trying to get through without success. I reverted to emailing them, and received an immediate response. They immediately send a replacement which was great service. Would buy again”

“I ordered a solar powered exterior light. It was delivered free of charge within 4 days of ordering. I have installed the light beside my front door, and is working satisfactorily, lighting up the entrance which is normally a very dark space.”

“Solar lanterns bought recently did not work outside. An email about the problem got a quick response and replacements are on the way. Other products purchased from this company have worked really well so we will happily buy from them again.”

“Had problem with solar lights, water getting into the bulb, and ruined the element. I wrote to complain, and they first told me to charge USB and check cable etc. I then had to re write to them to address the problem, I was then asked for a photo, which I supplied, and they promptly sent out a new set of solar lights. Happy ending!”
