I had an issue with my decking lights, I spoke to an advisor over the live chat and they talked me through the steps. The lights turned out to be faulty and they arranged for a replacement right away.
A few days later I placed another order and missed the discount code from my order, they added it on and arranged a refund for the difference. Cannot faulty the customer service team, they were willing to go above and beyond with helping customers, this is hard to come by these days.
