I bought some Elan Festoon lights back in August. Sadly 4 of the lights packed up. A quick call to customer services and spoke to a wonderful assistant called Parys. Well, she could be more helpful. A quick email with a photo of the lights that had failed and a new set is on its way. No quibble, no “oh you’ll have to take them back to where you got them! “ Just top class, excellent customer service, as it should be. A lot of companies could learn a thing or two!!
