We purchased several lights from Solar Centre last May. The quality of the solar lighting is outstanding and we have been really pleased with them. Unfortunately, one of the solar panels for the up lighting we purchased went faulty just outside of the warranty period. After contacting the solar centre, not only did they offer to replace the solar panel at no extra cost, they then replaced the whole light FOC because the lighting had been upgraded. The customer service representative I spoke to, Ella, was professional, efficient and extremely helpful. Not only are the products of high standard but their customer service is second to none. It is great to see in this day and age, a company that sees the importance of great customer service that supports the products they sell. Really pleased we found this company and if you are thinking of purchasing outside lighting, look no further than the Solar Centre.
