Easy ordering, prompt delivery and the product is terrific. I was originally given this particular diffuser as a gift and loved it so much that I ordered another. The only suggestion I have, is that it would be great if a refill was also available. The Freesia and Pear perfume is perfect and I hope a refill becomes available soon.
