“First time buying from Somerset Toiletry - very pleased with my purchases. Good communication, lovley products packaged in paper, rather than plastic - which is difficult to find. Surprise free gifts with a beautiful strong tote bag. Thank you.”

“Bought purchases beginning of June, chased non delivery all thru June and no response, emailed in again and still not even the courtesy to reply let alone deliver my goods or explain themselves. Total dissatisfactory customer ‘service’ - am still out of pocket and the birthday I was buying a gift for has long come and gone in between!”

“I have been a customer for sometime, do I need to say more? Excellent products and delightful service. The hand wash had a very good sale reduction and I hope it’s not going to be discontinued.”
