“I ordered the Oak Moss & Vetiver EDT expecting it to be true to its 'Naturally European' branding [why woild I not!], but to my dismay after using it for sometime, I noticed 'Made in China' in tiny letters on the box. I have other reasonably priced fragrances, which on checking, are variously made in the UK, Germany, Spain, and one 'Proudly made in Scotland!' Each of these could legitimately claim to be 'Naturally European'. To be fair, when I raised this with the company, I received a quick response and was offered a refund, but my point is, whether or not the product is designed and formulated in the uk [which I imagine it is], it still surely cannot claim to be' naturally european' if it is actually made in China. This is such a pity, as the fragrance is very pleasing and the bottle and box are well designed, which would have earned it a place on my bathroom shelf and a four star review. I would in fact have paid considerably more for this and would indeed do so if production was moved to the UK, thus helping in a small way our £42 billion trade deficit with China! As it is, I shall not be ordering again.”

This enables us to offer a wide range of products at different price points while maintaining the quality, design and standards our customers expect. Many of our Naturally European products are also made in the UK. All product pages online include country of origin information for full transparency, as we understand that this is an important consideration when choosing products.
