“The product smells really nice but doesn't seem to last very long. I was impressed to find a somerset company to deal with but was horrified to find the product was made in china!!. So I won't be purchasing anymore of your products.”

“I was looking for a replacement for the equivalent product from Purdy and Figg, which did not require a subscription and was, ideally, cheaper. Unfortunately this one is a rather sickly scent andI wil not be buyong again.”

“Bought as a gift. It looks lovely. However, I was disappointd that it was made in China as this wasn't made clear to me when I ordered. I wanted a uk made product.”

“Requested next day delivery and paid extra for it but that didn't happen instead I got the hand cream 3 days after purchase so did feel robbed cuz I might as well done ordinary 2 -3 day delivery. Really haven't experienced this before now uncertain if I'll ever choose next day delivery a second time.”

Hi, Sorry you were disappointed with your order. Next Day orders must be placed on our website before 12 noon (Mon-Thurs only) in order for them to get delivered the following day. Your order was placed Tuesday evening and was therefore shipped Wed and delivered the following day.

“Seems to be a gremlin in your system which stops the email/gift card being sent to recipient. However your admin were soon on the case once notified and quickly resolved it. It did mean my friend did not get it on her birthday though 🙄”
