“I couldn't smell either Vetivert or oak moss, only pine toilet cleaner. Sorry, I really wanted to like this. On a positive notes it was v fast and efficient delivery.”

Hi Georgina, Really Sorry you didn't like the smell of this candle. We understand it's a very personal thing and also difficult to describe online. We are considering introducing a new and improved home fragrance collection this Summer, so maybe visit a local stockist to try it before you buy online, as most of our stockists have testers. If any of your items are unused, you can return them for a refund. Kind regards.

“I ordered my item but never received a confirmation. The diffuser never arrived so had to chase them up again. It finally arrived about 1 month after I ordered it. The customer service was however very quick to respond so its definitely more of a logistic problem. The sent yo be honest is OK. I wouldn't buy it again. Packaging is also over the top and not environmentally friendly.”

Hi Andrea, I'm so sorry you never received your email confirmation (these sometimes get trapped in spam filters) and I'm also sorry that the replacement item arrived so late. You'll be glad to know that we are in the process of changing our Naturally European Diffuser packaging to Kraft card, so a little kinder to the planet.

We make products worldwide to deliver certain price points, but we are producing more in the UK as we have invested in our soap manufacturing facility in Somerset.
