I ordered my item but never received a confirmation. The diffuser never arrived so had to chase them up again. It finally arrived about 1 month after I ordered it. The customer service was however very quick to respond so its definitely more of a logistic problem.
The sent yo be honest is OK. I wouldn't buy it again. Packaging is also over the top and not environmentally friendly.
