I love the smell of the verbena diffuser, it is the best I have ever had. However, trying to wrestle the plastic stopper out of the bottle is almost impossible without serious damage to fingers as you need a knife or scissors to get it out. Why can’t it have a screw top and also why cannot it be provided in a refill?
