I had ordered a black dress which came with a torn pocket. When I wrote to them and asked them to return or replace the damaged dress they said I have to ship it myself and bear the shipping cost. considering they sent a damaged piece without checking it was basic duty to arrange for a pickup and replace . Nevertheless I couldn't send the piece back during Covid so I just had to keep it unwillingly. Pathetic customer service. Will never buy products from them and wouldn't recommend anyone to buy .
