The clothes quality and designs are good, but their customer care support is really poor. If you want to return/exchange the product (Online) and get a refund, the process for the same takes forever with multiple follow-ups from your end.
I purchased one T shirt and wanted to return the same due to the size issue, and I initiated the return in the month of Nov, 2023. The product was picked up in the first week of Jan, 2024 after calling them 7 times and dropping multiple emails. It's already March and I still have not received my refund yet, again I have already called them 3 times and dropped 2 emails.
