I placed an order worth over 7000 INR with The Souled Store. On the 2nd day after placing the order, I received a notification that the delivery attempt had failed because no one was available at home and the call was unreachable. However, this was entirely false; no one had called or visited my home.
Upon receiving this notification, I immediately tried to reach customer support. Unfortunately, their website does not list a support number or live chat option. After some effort, I managed to find their customer support number and explained the situation. I also provided an alternative contact number in case there were any issues locating my address. I requested a callback from the escalation department, and I was assured they would get in touch. However, no one called, so I had to follow up and request escalation once again. They promised to call back within 30 minutes, but I never received a call.
On the 4th and 5th days, I continued to receive misleading emails and SMS notifications claiming that the delivery attempts had failed for the same reasons—no one was home and the call was unreachable.
By the 6th day, there was still no contact from the customer service team, and I had yet to receive my order.
On the 7th day, I received a call promising that the delivery would be made by the next day, but this turned out to be another false promise.
Dealing with The Souled Store has been incredibly frustrating. The lack of effective communication and the poor customer service have made the experience highly disappointing. I eventually requested a refund as I was about to fly out of the country. Their internal communication and delivery management are severely lacking, and I cannot recommend their services.
