Their website clearly states that the delivery procedure takes no later than 7-8days. I had ordered few times before, never had any problem till this time. So they sent the product 20days post the date of order & that too without prior intimation & since I wasn't at my home, I couldn't receive. Their tracking details updated me that their delivery agent reported them that the customer rejected to receive the product. I did do no such thing. So they lie. They when you reschedule then they fail & again they go back & lie some more. There's hardly any response from their part of you mail them, leave aside any compensation. Now the thing is, they lost me as a buyer, might be no big deal for them, but I shall make sure they lose many more. Keep up with your lousy customer service. Bravo!!!!
