I waited for over six months for back-ordered drums that never came until I found what I was looking for at The Sound Parcel. The Gretsch Renown drum set I purchased from them was in stock and hundreds of dollars cheaper than anywhere else on the Internet. When I received my Gretsch kit, it was stunningly beautiful and in pristine shape. As for customer service at the store, my questions were promptly answered as soon as I emailed Dave at The Sound Parcel. I have ordered musical instruments from Musician's Friend, Amazon, eBay, Guitar Center, etc., ad nauseum and no one else can match The Sound Parcel's prices, stock selection, and customer service.
