This was my second purchase from TSP. The first transaction was great. I made the purchase online on a Friday. Dave emailed me on Saturday, made arrangements to pick it up around noon the same day. The second and last order, was the total opposite.
Purchased online on a Friday, no communication from TSP on the following day. I had to call the shop on Monday to inquire about the status of my order. I thought TSP had the same business practice for all their transactions, I was wrong. Going forward I’ll buy direct from the manufacturer from now on.
