Good prices and service. I ordered a 410 litre tank but later decided to change it to two 250 litre tanks. Delivery was quick (direct from the manufacturer). The Tank Shop processed the return after a few questions (note that there is a full refund for private customers under distance selling regulations but a restocking charge for commercial customers). Only quibble is with logistics. There was no process for exchanging tanks so the collection of the first tank and delivery of the second two were arranged separately and I paid for both. However these ended up being subcontracted to the same pallet firm on the same day which seemed pretty inefficient. So I got the driver delivering the replacement tanks to take away the old tank, saving everyone time and someone else a bit of money!
