We had to par addtitonal delviery charge to get the tank which is fine but then received a stream of calls from the delviery driver who when getting close to his destination wanted directions to the yard, despite having the full postcode and site address.
My frustration is that if you are charging a premiuim for delivery than the driver should be competent to navigate or use google maps than being unable or unwilling to find it themselves.
