Overall the experience was good. Initial communication regarding the delay with my delivery was a bit confusing, but there was a second person (Paul ) who was very helpful and clarified in some detail what the delay was and when I could explain my delivery. So it arrived as expected and I'm very happy with my purchase and the overall solution that The Tech Geeks came up with for the Unifi door chime using the EU power adaptor. It works a treat!
