Great team to deal with. The ability to just text them via whatsapp is beyond convenient. I feel bad intruding in their off business hours at times. They are so kind and helpful. I wanted to get our starlink extended to the in laws in the granny flat. They made it so easy. Preconfigured everything ready to plug and play. Only thing I have to do is the no brainer physical bits of climbing on roof to run cables which I enjoy. Not a fan of configuring IT/ software stuff. Only small complaint I have is the cable length. They've underestimate our property size. Could have done with a 30m cable rather than a 20m but hey my bad for not measuring it too. Overall great service and the youtube videos Paul makes are very helpful to research before you commit to buying them. Will certainly reach out to them when I'm ready to expand
