I am always driven by price and convenience, and they are not your strong points.
Your product videos are good and your range is good and well organised. But in Canberra a company like UMart has click and collect which is so good. No fiddling with order sizes to get free delivery, no rejecting PO addresses (who has time to wait around for couriers).
