Placed an order on 1st December. Got confirmation on 3rd of dispatch. Got cancellation on 5th. Got a refund for 1 item on 6th after I had sourced the items elsewhere.
They Got a confirmation from courier and online that order was comming, turns out the email that stated order was cancelled should only say one item was. I astablished this after a 25 minute wait gor customer service, although their wait time at the beginning of the call said 9 minutes. Spoke to a lovely chap named Ryan who was very honest and explained it was their email mistake, he cancelled my order and gave a full refund.
If you know you have an email issue sort it, also had to laugh as email confirming refund said we are sorry courier has lost your parcel.
