All went well with purchase car is fine two marks on body work were mentioned at purchase but were not fix on collection otherwise all ok. One further comment why is it so hard to contact anybody on the phone, three times today I have been ringing first time I was on hold for about 26 minutes, second time for over 15 minutes, was promised a ring back but had none, the last time the lady was very helpful and gave me the information in a few minutes, (Well done). Altogether though everything is fine. Many thanks TP.
