Stressed over a tricky issue with no clue how to fix it. Found Barbara Hunt via reviews & reached out. Their team replied fast, listened patiently, & solved my problem with care. Top-notch support! 🙌

5 months in I book in for warranty work, to have it rejected leaving me with a £800 bill. After 3000 miles apparently swing arms and bushings ware out on Citroen's

Reaching out to Michael and his team was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Their team took my concerns seriously and guided me through everything with kindness and expertise. They communicated clearly, stayed consistent, and always made sure I understood what was happening. No pressure, no unrealistic claims — just genuine help. I’m very thankful for their service and highly recommend them.

I bought a car, it had issues which happens. I took it in for fixing, they took three weeks, didn't offer me a courtesy car, and gave me no updates unless I called multiple times to get one. Luckily I paid for the lifetime warranty so I didn't pay anything, when I got my car back, they had used half a tank of petrol and the tire pressure was nearly empty. They also didn't give me back the full money I was owed on coverage for busses and trains, despite providing receipts. I didn't complain as I was happy to get my car back, when the issues returned. Two weeks later my car completely broke down on the motorway with the engine cutting off out of nowhere, luckily it was quiet and I pulled over without incident, despite my engine losing power at 70mph. They now have my car again, and have been providing no details, making me jump through hoops to get it returned, as I have told them I don't want the car anymore, I'm not entitled to any courtesy car or travel expenses, while they hold it for an undetermined amount of time. I can accept that a car may have issues that don't come up until it's properly used, the customer service, lack of care, time it's taken and all round experience has overall been the worst company I've ever dealt with. Please don't make the same mistake as me and avoid.

STAY AWAY Do yourself a favour and avoid these guys. I was assured the car had been thoroughly checked before purchase — yet within two weeks it completely shut down on the motorway. From day one, I’ve been fobbed off. The battery had to be replaced, all internal lights stopped working, and the air conditioning failed. Then, just seven months later, the car failed its MOT — with the mechanic saying the suspension was badly rusted and had clearly been that way for well over a year. The car was deemed unsafe to drive. Customer service has been a joke. My concerns were dismissed because I’m outside the 30-day period — no phone call, just two generic emails to brush me off. At this point, it looks like the legal route is my only option.

Salesman was good and found a car that I wanted and fair monthly price then I was handed over to Can Can finance were I was waiting over 2 hrs and still no response so I walked out. People were in there hours to sign a 10 minute finance agreement, something does not add up with Trade Center Wales as there are no half price deals gonna speak to the BBC about this as its false advertising .

The journey that commenced as a hopeful investment opportunity took a sharp turn towards devastation, resulting in a loss of $97,100. Discovering that I had fallen victim to a scam left me grappling with a mix of emotions - embarrassment, anger, and a sense of uncertainty regarding my next course of action. Amidst my quest for a remedy, I stumbled upon RANGEPRO.ORG, a company that initially gave me pause. Their professionalism, however, shone through brightly. Right from the start, their team treated me respectfully, articulated the recovery process in a transparent manner, and steered clear of making any grandiose pledges. Their consistent communication and efforts to keep me informed throughout the process were a reassuring presence. To my pleasant surprise, their endeavors bore fruit by successfully recovering a sizable portion of the funds I had previously deemed lost forever.

I invested a total of £50,000 with this company. Initially, I made a deposit of £15,000, and then proceeded to invest an additional £20,000. I started to see profits, but later discovered that it was all a scam. When I tried to make a withdrawal, I was told to set a target of £50,000, which seemed reasonable to me. I made another deposit of £15,000 to reach that target, but when I requested a withdraw, it was denied. I was then asked to pay a certain amount in order to access my funds. Reluctantly, I was angry until I came across SUPREME RECOVERY TEAM who helped me to recover all my money at first I was surprised but it was given to me in total, if you are interested In recovering your lost funds you can contact Email 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐬𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝟑𝟖𝟏𝟓@𝐠𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥.𝐜𝐨𝐦 Wh-a -ts- A-p-p ‪+54 -9 -3-7-5-1- 4-7‑8-7-4-6‬

Trade Centre Wales are very slick at selling you a car - but God help you if the car breaks down. Less than two months after purchasing a 2019 Vauxhall Astra, it broke down with what the AA and Vauxhall main dealer said was a damaged turbo due to a faulty engine seal. No worries, Trade Centre Wales sold me a ‘Lifetime Warranty’ that covers all things mechanical. Err, no it doesn’t - engine seals are excluded. It took Emac (Trade Centre Wales’s warranty provider) three weeks to give me that piece of ‘good news’. Vauxhall said the repair would cost £1750 and I am livid. It’s 7th June. You try and phone Trade Centre Wales. Unless you’re calling to discuss a car sale you won’t get through. They keep you hanging on for 15-20mins then tell you they’ll call back (but they don’t). I had to go back to Neath to speak to someone in ‘after sales’. Another slick operation designed to avoid refunding the customer at all costs. Okay in fairness, they said eventually that they’d collect the car and take it to their workshop and fix the problem. It then disappears into a black hole. They’ve had my car since 19th June. I have been without the car since 13th May. They say there is nothing wrong with the turbo but had found a problem with a spark plug and a faulty bonnet catch! ‘We’re just going to road test it’. That was mid July. And then there have been any number of inexplicable hold ups and excuses. ‘Just give us a few more days’. At the end of my tether I said I wanted a refund and if I didn’t get it I would go through Court Claim citing Consumer Rights Act 2015, which not surprisingly, Trade Centre Wales are well versed in. That is where we are - my finger hovering over the government Court Claim ‘submit’ button. I can’t afford to lose the £7k the car cost me if the court says I haven’t got a claim - but if/when Trade Centre Wales eventually returns the car, how do I know it won’t break down again with the same problem. And we start all over again. If you don’t want to be shafted, don’t but from Trade Centre Wales. Buy a car from your local s/h garage. That’s what I should have done. Thanks Trade Centre Wales. This whole episode has cost me dearly.

My Fiancée purchased a vehicle from here in April. The car she wanted they had only one left of. There was a missing headrest in the rear of the vehicle which we hadn’t picked up on but were pointed out literally as she was about to drive it away. The Manager verbally agreed with us that they would order a replacement headrest and be in contact with us as soon as it arrived. We did get through to someone who said the replacement was ‘on order’. Well that was in April and it’s now July 1st. They have ignored calls, messages left and emails and I have had to return to the show room to complain to whoever was in charge as there was no aftermarket sales team on site. It’s not that we’re bothered by something as small as a headrest, It’s the fact that a verbal agreement was made pre-sale and then after that we’ve spent months trying to contact them and they have lied about status updates on our enquiry. I’d tend to avoid anyone who does not look after their customers and stick to verbal agreements prior to sales. -Avoid if possible.

Bought car in Jan. Within 2 weeks it had to go back in. Trade Centre had to send it to Nissan Dealer. Was there for 7 weeks. Only had courtesy car after 2 weeks had passed. Car been back with us for 3 weeks and new fault developed. Trade Centre seem to have washed hands of us. Lifetime warranty seems to be waste of time. Need to pay upfront for diagnostics then see if fault is covered. Am looking into consumer rights to get money back. Avoid
