“Lauren was amazing, nothing was to much trouble and in fairness she walked miles to help, only issue I have is the car needs it's radio code but that's being sorted just means I have to go back.”

“Got there Thursday evening guy that greeted us was great eventually chose car taken to office Rob who had obviously had a bad day well his attitude stunk then taken to Richard business manager top bloke couldn't do enough highly recommend him went back next day to collect car waited for finance company to pay met Rob again who this time was having a much better day and was pleasant and there was a really nice girl who let us charge our phones in the office The disappointment for me was I was told the car had done 80000 miles when it had in fact done 90000 only noticed when I got home”

“If you don't want to pay over the odds for a car then don't shop here, their advert is a complete con to get you at the car supermarket. Shop around elsewhere you will save yourself a couple of grand.”

“All round horrible experience. "Cardiff North" is Abercynon, which is actually "Merthyr South"! On entering there's a whole line of sales folk waiting like sharks for the kill. Even if you tell them you don't want help the literally stalk you around the showroom. Don't try and sit in a car, all are locked. Definitely don't ask for a test drive, that's for AFTER you've bought it (wtf is the point in that!!) Cars are high mileage and expensive. In summary......Don't, just don't!!!! Zero stars”

“From the time we got there to the time we left (4 hours), we could not of been made to feel more welcome, all the staff are extremely pleasant and very helpful, we did drive away with an upgraded car on finance”

“Just now Dangerous Car Within 3 months of taking the car I discovered: 1. Worn Brake Pads (Very Early) 2. Torn Drove Belt 3. Faulty Brake Callipers (Dangerous) 4. Leaks Around Engine 5. Worn Piston Ring (Oil Excessive Burning) After seeking out help from dealers they have stated these problems were not present at the date of sale. Total cost for all repairs myself £2500 after 3 months, left me in debt and in very low emotional well being in and out of garages several times. Thank you very much trade centre Wales.”
