“Avoid the warranty! The sales people in Nelson were following us round like stalkers! When we chose a car to buy, the person we dealt with was friendly, helpful. Negotiated an MOT and minor repairs within price. This "rep" was the only reason I'm giving a 2 star instead of 1. We were sold an RAC Warranty for £1k which isn't worth the paper its written on! Best advice I can give is do not get it! I have tried to use it 3 times, it seems nothing is covered. It was sold to me as everything except wear and tear products being covered. All electric covered. Then it turns out I can't claim for my parking sensors? Very disappointed with being mis-sold something not fit for purpose. Second hand cars are hit or miss, which we expect to a point. But to be sold a "warranty" that doesn't cover what we were told is a con. I'll not be using RAC for anything after this. And disappointed with Trade Centre Wales for recommending RAC. Doesn't help their reputation one bit”

“My wife bought a car from this company , after I and my son had cars from them previously . On signing for the car we were told that it had a new engine fitted . At this point we were told that we could bring the car back if not happy within 30 days . On inspecting the car at home it was clear that it was not a new engine as stated but a re firbished one . I phoned up straight away to take the car back but was told by a very rude and abrupt lady that I could not take it back as it was not faulty . I will take this further as the customer service is disgusting . I also said we were happy to exchange the car but this was also rejected . Avoid buying from these”

“We trusted the Trade Centre were honest and more than fair with their car sale prices however immediately after purchasing our car for £13999 we discovered an exact same model was being sold by another main dealer for £2000 less and the mileage was lower.. Shocked by this we immediately submitted a form from the car Trade Centre Wales ‘Price Promise’ web page - after sending the required evidence we were hopeful they will come back with some refund or at least offer a fair compromise. We tried to make contact with someone from the marketing team for 2 weeks and we felt we were being ignored. Eventually someone replied via email saying we didn’t meet the criteria due to a different colour! This was very disappointing as we trusted the dealership would keep to their price promise guarantee. We have been loyal customers for last 6/7 years and also this was our 4th car. Sadly it will be the last car purchase by us.”

“The moment we arrived we were being shadowed everywhere we ventured....the I made it obvious that I wasn't happy by this....OK that being said when we were interested in a car we were interested in your staff were second to none...we purchased the car and we could pick it up the next day...we were told the car would be all ready for us by 10am ...we ourselves were around Half hour late but nobody was concerned by that...we went through the system and was asked if we wanted to view our new car and we said yes please...on viewing the car it didn't look as if anything had been done to it at all and was quite dirty inside and out...so it was sent back to be cleaned ...approximately 10 minutes later and we were told that the car is now ready so on inspection for the second time we were not happy I would go as far as to say all that was done was they sprayed polish around to make it smell like new....all the dirt and dust was still in and on the car...so the manager was called and the he sent the car back again and we went for lunch ...we came vack to a much better cleaned car not 100% but cleaner....this us around the 5 car we have bought from tcw and probably the last”

“Was sold a car that needed its cambelt changed, was ripped off on the finance agreement and then had to fork out £500 to get the belt replaced, absolute cowboys avoid!”

“Very professional but can tell they are worked on the amount of cars they sell, as when you walk in your instantly approached and almost followed around the place, you start with one sales person then in turns into 2 sales person(‘this is my manager’), which becomes overwhelming and very pushy to purchase a car. Throwing figures and numbers around to confuse you which most of the time didn’t make sense or tally up. Although I am happy with the car it is a very pushy and pressured environment to be in when looking for a car.”
